Banning fury999io

KVM Kannan V M Public Seen by 10

fury999io shared some obscene and derogatory remarks against a community. I have gave a warning, but it seems it is appropriate to ban without warning such instances. We have banned spammers without warning before too. Since I have already moderated using warning, I would like to know the opinion of FSCI permanent members before banning them.

UPDATE: fury999io has been banned.

also banned the user @bvul5:matrix.org from FSCI room on similar grounds. attaching chat log and screenshot for transparency.

update: banned them from FSCI off-topic room too.
