Second annual General Body meeting of The Prav Cooperative on 5th July

Dear members,

We are happy to announce second annual General Body meeting of The Prav Cooperative on 5th July. It will happen along with PravConf on 4th and 5th July at St Thomas Institute for Science and Technology, Kazhakkuttom, Thiruvananthapuram.

General Body meeting will happen from 3-5 pm on Sunday 5th July and there will be talks about status of Prav, privacy and Free Software, before General Body meeting on 4th and 5th July.

The agenda of the meeting includes,

1.  Report of last years activities - income and expenses

2. Progress on registration - status of id collection, review of documents needed for registration

3. Plan for coming year - prav stable release

4. Amendments to bye-laws if anyone proposes

Thanks to everyone who submitted id cards already, if you have not submitted yet, please submit it.

We hope you'll join both days of PravConf and get connected with the prav community, if two days is not possible, try to be there for the General Bady at least.
