Board Meeting on 21st September 2025 at IndiaFOSS

Following members were present in the board meeting held at IndiaFOSS
2025 conference venue, NIMHANS Conventions centre.

Resolutions
===========

1. Add Ravi to the membership team who do the ID collection with
   online form.

    # Board decided to add Ravi to the membership team to help ID
      collection process.

2. Create an Association of Persons (AoP).

    # Board have decided to create an Association of Persons (AoP) to
      fulfill legal requirements for operating bank account, until
      the cooperative society is registered.
    # Board is planning to create AoP Agreement under Kerala
      Government with board members within Kerala who will become
      President, secretory and Treasurer of AoP.
