We need to discuss about status of pending payments.

1. Need to check if Navodaya bank account issue is resolved - they were unable to transfer money until they submit some form. @Kannan V M @Abhijith PA any updates on it?

2. Bank account for Prav AOP - @Kannan V M any update from Canara bank? Update: ePAN is fine, we need to hang a board at office when bank staff visits, they will take a geo tagged photo. Kannan to coordinate with Abhijith and Ranjith mash.

3. PAN card. @Abhijith PA did we contact SFLC India for help? We now have an SFLC India insider @Athul :) Athul, please check with Prashant about what to do.

4. Approve or reject new coop members. @perry please prepare the list from both the forms.

5. Fund raising for id collection calls / cooperative registration. Ravi could do it as a paid task.

6. Look for new potential board members if some inactive members want to step down. Abhijith Balan is interested, Vishnu Sanal might be, we can ask people active in Free Software/OSM/Wiki communities. Ideally minimum 1 hour per month for board meeting and 20-30 minutes per week to participate in xmpp/codema quick polls. Vivek wants to step down.

7. Apply for FOSS United grant for SMS costs https://codema.in/d/xERrz0Dl/apply-to-foss-united-for-a-grant-to-cover-sms-expenses (make it official board decision)

8. Publish financial status report for last year (how much money we received, how much spent, how much we have, how much debts we have/people we need to pay like Ravi for SMS bills), this was supposed to be presented at PravConf General Body meeting, but did not happen.
