I think we should also set a bounty to develop MSG91 support in PravServer to reduce ongoing costs.

Even though it did not get a majority board vote, I think it is not going to be a controversial decision as no one opposed it and fsci has received grants from FOSS United.
What is the decision you need to make?
We should we apply to FOSS United for a grant to cover SMS expenses of last year 20000 + bot surge charges 10000 + one year SMS expenses 20000 + bounty for developing MSG91 support in PravServer.
Why is this important?
Being able to pay for SMS is essential to keep the service running in a healthy condition without putting pressure on individual volunteers.

It would give us funds to cover our SMS costs for sometime.

I was going to vote on this proposal but I shouldn't vote because I am not a part of the board.
