Proposing special general body meeting during FOSS Meet at NITC

Lets keep it March 15 at 6 9 pm for now. We can schedule a board meeting to accept new members on 10th at 8pm. We need to setup a codema sub group and mailing list/alias for board by then.
We need to accept muzirian and vysakh as members first. Others who agreed to be members, Syam GK, Ambady, Biju KV.
Update: Ambady, Kailas and Vivek KJ are also candidates for board membership

Draft Resolution 3: Board has decided to create a mailing list for coop members (coop@prav.app) to record digitally signed emails for votes in the general body. We have already tested the tools with board@prav.app mailing list).

Draft Resolution 2: Constitute a Membership Team and Authorize the following people to collect members details. They are also authorized to setup suitable tools / processes to ensure they comply with requirements in the bye-laws and private data is adequately secured. They are also authorized to create a privacy policy for the prav cooperative (separate from prav app /service privacy policy) and define process to authorize access / revoke access to the data. When needed, board can update or revise the authorization.
