Constitution Amendment: Explain peer to peer vs hierarchical society

Under "Fix What is Broken", add to "Peer-to-Peer vs hierarchical society". the following,
"In a hierarchical society coercive power is used to get results. Some examples are parents forcing their choices on children or teachers suppressing curiosity of children."
"In a peer to peer society, any choices will be based on logic and reasoning rather than position of power."

@shirish , indeed there will be push back. Or where you expecting a red carpet welcome for us? This is going to be a tough fight. But we cannot let pressure get the better out of us. Any time people tried to change society there were push backs, be it people rising up against their colonizers or slaves rising against their master. When Martin Luther King said, he had a dream, there were people pushing back against him, but that didn't stop him from speaking his dream. peer to peer society is also like a dream, we don't know if we ever see that dream at all, but we are not afraid to dream of a better world.

I think that is simplifying things quite a bit. It's not just that parents want to coerce children, it's that they themselves don't know better and parents do not want to be caught with their pants down. Also, they are busy with work, life to give full attention.
The other idea that suddenly there would be a peer to peer society is negating that there won't be a push-back. There would be a tremendous push-back and an effort to have the status-quo as it is (if we are assuming that we live in a coercive, hierarchical society).
