Allow to track mobile data usage

Users should be able to track the used data volume on their cellular connections, be able to configure thresholds and be notified when close to or exceeding the limit.
Why is this useful?
It allows to monitor ones own patterns, discover background processes eating up used data, etc.

i would argue in the same vein that stats for "on screen time" by apps would be a good feature too, similar to what exists in android land
