Create an publish a course on Free Software by FSCI or publish it on FSCI website

I had prepared an introductory course in Free Software. This is incomplete and needs further improvements. I request the community to further improve the course and publish it as a course of FSCI. I had created some content for this in 2020-2021 for CDIT but later it was decided not to be continued. The course is uploaded to the repo: https://github.com/ignutanz/intro-freesoftware . I request the community to further improve the contents, so that I may give the final course material to publish as a course by CDIT or else we may submit it as a course by FSCI.
