Create a simple website as wayanad.fsug.in

We can use github pages or gitlab pages. Being Free Software, we can use gitlab pages. See pages.gitlab.io for how to create a simple page. As a first step, have links to mailing list, loomio, matrix and telegram groups. Also add a register button for install fest with link to the rsvp page. Later we can think of a better design.
