Constitution amendment: Support free and open internet

Add the following to the Basic Principles of Indian Pirates Constitution:

Internet should be affordable and accessible to everyone. All of the internet should be available, all of the time by protecting net neutrality and safeguarding against internet shutdowns. We believe that people’s fundamental right to privacy should be protected online by mandating all data fiduciaries (any person, including the state, a company, any juristic entity or any individual who alone or in conjunction with others who determines the purpose and means of processing of personal data) to respect people's privacy and personal data.
