We have been using the xmpp chat room fosscommunity.in@chat.yax.im and I just added a Signal group (We learned about LibreSignal which does not need google play recently) for quick discussions. We will continue to use loomio for decision making.

That will be useful. Quick discussions can happen on libresignal.
Might be a good idea to add download links to libresignal under description.
