Resolutions

1. Transfer $ 575 (Total 600, 25 USD bank transaction fee) collected for iOS app development and account registration to @Vaidik .

   @Vaidik will be uploading iOS app from his personal account until Prav has own Apple account. 

   175 of 575 USD contributes to Apple subscription fee for two years. 99 USD will be subscription fee for one year. 99 USD will be given to @Vaidik for current year subscription and remaining 76 USD to be paid towards subscription for next year and will be kept with @Vaidik .

   Board unanimously approved resolution 1.

2. Prav cooperative member data collection needs a data retention and and data handling policy. Prav should also display who will have access to personal private data of members and how they will be stored at the data collection form.

   A final structure for data retention policy and data handling can be derived after confirming the data handling requirements for cooperative. @Kannan V M will be collecting info about it.

3. Prav should raise bounty to fix regression in our core functionality: https://codeberg.org/prav/prav/issues/43
