Please submit a copy of your ID proof at https://cloud.disroot.org/apps/forms/s/ztbW4tX8BYzBtQFW6KA6qAMD before 18th November. We need to submit this to complete registration.
We need to collect this from all 100 members required for registration. So we need to call all people who filled the form earlier (we did not know about this ID copy requirement before, so old form did not have an option to upload files). Since this is a huge task, consider volunteering a few hours to call all the members. Please reply if you can call a few members.

I asked @perry how the data is going to be handled level before uploading to the government website. My questions were
i) Who have access to the data being uploaded, apart from disroot which I trust?
iI) Will the downloaded data be handled properly on a secure machine (Personally, LUKS encryption and an up to date machine would suffice) before upload?
iii) How the data was going to be deleted (Timeline and ensuring no cloud or local copies are kept) after upload?
Perry told me who has access to data now and we discussed the possibility to reduce access still further. He told me that other topics are to be discussed in upcoming meetings and asked me to comment the questions in this thread.
