Agenda: Introduction to packaging (comparison of software installation methods, advantages of packaging and trusted repositories, necessity of packaging for GNU/Linux, challenges), Debian Development (tools, processes, release cycle), Basic idea of NodeJS (server side javascript), Hands on packaging of a NodeJS module using npm2deb tool.
