Resolutions

Resolution 1:


Give access to Muzirian & Badri for membership management 

Unanimously approved by the board

Resolution 2:


Give certificate for Vaidic for working on prav

Unanimously approved by the board

Resolution 3:


Membership process has to be documented. Following are suggestions for the membership process.

  1. People who filled the initial interest in kobo form from website.

  1. When we reach close to 50 from a state, we ask them to share id copy via disroot form.

  1. Board need to review the membership requests to accept them as members.

  1. Accepted members should be added to prav-coop codema sub group (General Body) and mailing list.

  1. But we can officially accept members from outside Kerala only after we complete registration (less 50 members from a single state don't need registration - we are in this phase now).

  1. So we need to decide, document and follow the specific steps.

Unanimously approved by the board to document membership process. Following suggestions are discussed. A consolidated documentation has to be drafted.

Board to review all requests - those who request codema.in/prav-coop or prav-coop mailing list or submitted id copies. 

We will add 'Pending Registration' as title for people outside Kerala until registration is completed.

So official members of the cooperative is same as the members in prav-coop codema.in group except for people with Pending Registration as title.
