Constitution Amendment: Explain rationale for cooperation

Article 1, Section 2 states "We should cooperate with each other". We should add a rationale to explain our preference of cooperation over competition.

I propose we add "A human being is sustained by his/her unitive relationship with nature as well as with fellow people."
