Instead of relying on a single user to pay the bulk amount, couldn't we crowd-source it from everyone interested in donating bits and bites?

I think this is an amount affordable to one person, but still if more people want to contribute, that should still be possible. Btw @vik sponsored this time (discussed in our matrix room).
