• Who are we? ഞങ്ങളെ പറ്റി രണ്ടു് വാക്ക്

  • We are a group of people engaging in political activities with the aim of becoming a political party some day*.

  • രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാര്‍ട്ടി രൂപീകരിക്കുക എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യത്തോടെ രാഷ്ട്രീയ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങളില്‍ ഇടപെടുന്ന ഒരു കൂട്ടം വ്യക്തികളുടെ കൂട്ടായ്മയാണ് ഇന്ത്യന്‍ പൈറേറ്റ്സ്.
    

• Why Indian Pirates? ഇന്ത്യന്‍ പൈറേറ്റ്സ് തുടങ്ങിയതു് എന്തിനാണു്?

  • No one asked us how we think this world should be. We should no longer accept what we supposedly cannot change. Instead, we need to change what we cannot accept.

  • "മാറ്റുവിന്‍ ചട്ടങ്ങളെ സ്വയമല്ലെങ്കില്‍, മാറ്റുമതുകളീ നിങ്ങളേ താന്‍"
    നമ്മുടെ സമൂഹം എങ്ങനെയായിരിക്കണം എന്നു് നമ്മളോടു് ആരും ചോദിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. നമുക്കു് മാറ്റാനാവില്ല എന്നു് പൊതുവെ പറയപ്പെടുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങളെല്ലാം അങ്ങനെ ആവണമെന്നില്ല. പകരം നമുക്ക് സ്വീകാര്യമല്ലാത്തത് നമ്മള്‍ തന്നെ മാറ്റണം.

What is special about us? ഞങ്ങള്‍ മുന്നോട്ട് വെയ്ക്കുന്ന പുതിയ ആശയങ്ങള്‍

• We are not a family controlled party, we are also not a cadre party, everyone has a voice, every decisions we make is public (transparency), our funding source is public.

• ഞങ്ങള്‍ ഒരു കുടുംബവാഴ്ച്ചയുള്ള പാര്‍ട്ടിയല്ല, കേഡര്‍ പാര്‍‌ട്ടിയുമല്ല, എല്ലാവരേയും കേള്‍ക്കും, എല്ലാ തീരുമാനങ്ങളും എല്ലാവര്‍ക്കും കാണാം (സുതാര്യത), സംഭാവനകള്‍ തരുന്നവരുടെ പേരുവിവരങ്ങള്‍ എല്ലാവര്‍ക്കും കാണാം.
  

• We need systematic change in political parties, not just different people following the same system. If only the party is really transparent and accountable to its members, it can really uphold its values. To make that possible, dissent and not discipline is the cornerstone of our group. Once you become a member you cannot be expelled from the group for indiscipline, a common tactic used by all parties to suppress dissent.

• നിലവിലെ പാര്‍ട്ടി ഘടനയില്‍ ആളുകള്‍ മാത്രം മാറിയാല്‍ പോരാ, രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാര്‍ട്ടികളുടെ ഘടന തന്നെ മാറണം. അഗങ്ങളോടു് ഒന്നും ഒളിച്ചു് വയ്ക്കാനില്ലാതെ വരുമ്പോഴും അംഗങ്ങളോടു് കണക്കു് പറയേണ്ടി വരുമ്പോഴും മാത്രമേ പാര്‍ട്ടിക്ക് അതിന്റെ മൂല്യങ്ങളെ മുറുകേ പിടിയ്ക്കാനാകൂ. ഒരിക്കല്‍ അംഗമായാല്‍ എല്ലാ പാര്‍ട്ടികളിലും കാണുന്ന പോലെ അച്ചടക്ക ലംഘനത്തിന്റെ പേരില്‍ പിന്നീടു് പാര്‍ട്ടിയില്‍ നിന്നും പുറത്താക്കാനാകില്ല.
  

Article 1: Basic Principles വകുപ്പ് 1: അടിസ്ഥാന തത്വങ്ങൾ

• Section 1: Indian Pirates are committed to support human rights, direct democracy and participation in government, reform of copyright and patent law, free sharing of knowledge (open content), information privacy, transparency, freedom of information, anti-corruption and network neutrality.

• ഭാഗം 1: മനുഷ്യാവകാശങ്ങള്‍, നേരിട്ടുള്ള ജനാധിപത്യം, സര്‍ക്കാരിലെ ജനപങ്കാളിത്തം, പകര്‍പ്പവകാശ നിയമങ്ങളുടെയും പേറ്റന്റു് നിയമങ്ങളുടെയും പരിഷ്കാരം, സ്വതന്ത്രമായി അറിവിന്റെ പങ്കിടല്‍ , വിവരസ്വകാര്യത, സുതാര്യത, വിവര സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം, അഴിമതിവിരുദ്ധത, ഇന്റര്‍നെറ്റ് നിഷ്‌പക്ഷത തുടങ്ങിയവ പിന്തുണയ്ക്കാന്‍ ഇന്ത്യന്‍ പൈറേറ്റ്സ് നിലകൊള്ളുന്നു.
  

• Section 2: Human beings have innate value. Rights of every human being is described in Universal Declaration of human rights. We will fight to ensure these rights are not denied to anyone.

• ഭാഗം 2: മനുഷ്യനു് സഹജമായ മൂല്യം ഉണ്ടു്. രാഷ്ട്രാന്തര മനുഷ്യാവകാശ പ്രഖ്യാപനത്തില്‍ ഓരോ മനുഷ്യരുടേയും അവകാശങ്ങള്‍ വിശദീകരിക്കുന്നുണ്ടു്. ഈ അവകാശങ്ങള്‍ ആര്‍ക്കും നിഷേധിക്കപ്പെടുന്നില്ല എന്നുറപ്പാക്കാന്‍ ഞങ്ങള്‍ പോരാടും.
  

• Section 3: We understand individuals and families of all sections of the society and different geographic locations have a right to realize equal life chances regardless of identity. Economic inequity, caste or gender or sexuality based discrimination, and differential abilities prevent many from realizing the equity of opportunities.

• ഭാഗം 3: സമൂഹത്തിന്റെ നാനാ തുറകളിലും വിവിധ പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലും ജീവിക്കുന്ന വ്യക്തികള്‍ക്കും കുടുംബങ്ങള്‍ക്കും സ്വത്വവ്യത്യാസമില്ലാതെ തുല്ല്യമായ ജീവിതസാധ്യതകള്‍ യാഥാര്‍ത്ഥ്യമാക്കുവാന്‍ അവകാശമുണ്ടെന്നു് ഞങ്ങള്‍ മനസ്സിലാക്കുന്നു. സാമ്പത്തിക അസമത്വം, ജാതിയോ ലിംഗവ്യത്യാസമോ ലൈംഗികാകര്‍ഷണമോ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയ വിവേചനം, ഭിന്നശേഷി എന്നിവ അവസരസമത കൈവരിക്കുന്നതില്‍ നിന്നും പലരേയും തടയുന്നു.
  

• Section 4: We should cooperate with each other.

• ഭാഗം 4:നമ്മള്‍ പരസ്പരം സഹകരിക്കണം.
  

• Section 5: Every one has a right to food, housing, education, healthcare and privacy

• ഭാഗം 5: ഭക്ഷണം, പാര്‍പ്പിടം, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം, ആരോഗ്യ പരിപാലനം, സ്വകാര്യത എന്നിവ എല്ലാവരുടേയും അവകാശമാണു്.
  

• Section 6: Knowledge should be free.

• ഭാഗം 6: അറിവു് സ്വതന്ത്രമായിരിക്കണം.

• Section 7: We promote transparent government.

• ഭാഗം 7: സുതാര്യമായ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ സംവിധാനം എന്ന ആശയത്തെ ഞങ്ങള്‍ പ്രചരിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

• Section 8: We are opposed to the use of violence to achieve political aims. We will not, in any manner, promote or instigate or participate in violence. AND WE MEAN IT. However, we see violence as distinct from the issue it supports or opposes. The violence must be prosecuted through prevailing laws, and the issue must be evaluated through debate on its own merit.

• ഭാഗം 8: രാഷ്ട്രീയ ലക്ഷ്യങ്ങള്‍ക്കു് അക്രമം ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നതിനു് ഞങ്ങളെതിരാണു്. ഒരു തരത്തിലുള്ള അക്രമവും ഞങ്ങള്‍ അനുകൂലിക്കുകയോ, ആഹ്വാനം ചെയ്യുകയോ, അക്രമത്തില്‍ പങ്കാളികളാകുകയോ ഇല്ല. ഇത് ഞങ്ങള്‍ വെറുതെ പറയുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാലും ഒരു വിഷയത്തെ പിന്തുണയ്ക്കാനോ എതിര്‍ക്കാനോ അക്രമം ഉപയോഗിയ്ക്കുമ്പോള്‍ ആ വിഷയത്തെ അക്രമത്തില്‍ നിന്നും വേറിട്ടു് ഞങ്ങള്‍ കാണുന്നു. അക്രമം നാട്ടിലെ നിയമങ്ങള്‍ വഴി നേരിടണം,വിഷയം ചര്‍ച്ചകളിലൂടെ തീരുമാനമാക്കണം.
  

• Section 9: In a world with limited resources, unlimited growth is impossible. It is our responsibility to protect the environment and pass on this planet earth to our future generations in a livable condition.

• ഭാഗം 9: പരിമിതമായ വിഭവങ്ങളുള്ള ലോകത്തു്, പരിമിതിയില്ലാത്ത വികസനം സാധ്യമല്ല. പരിസ്ഥിതി സംരക്ഷിക്കാനും ഭാവി തലമുറയ്ക്ക് ആവാസയോഗ്യമായി ഈ ഭൂമിയെന്ന ഗ്രഹം നിലനിര്‍ത്തുക എന്നതും നമ്മുടെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തമാണു്.
