Know current status of free software adoption across govt offices of Kerala to check if the govt free software policy is followed properly and send letter to fix any gaps identified. Primarily at implementation agencies it mission, cdit, keltron, various govt departments.

In the letter to these organizations, ask for various Software used categorized as proprietary, complete free software, partially free software. Also ask whether hardware used use proprietary or free software firmware. This may be queried as RTI. Based on the answers obtained, give letters to the govt offices for complete adoption of free software.
