Moderation policy for objectional content on git.fosscommunity.in

While looking into some projects hosted on https://git.fosscommunity.in/explore, I came across some repos which might be objectionable in nature. These include references/projects which host NSFW sites, gambling sites and others stuff. On a similar note, a look at https://git.fosscommunity.in/explore/groups also shows a number of non-code groups which might not align with the original aim of having a FSCI GitLab instance.

Active moderation needs to be done to purge these projects. A moderation policy should also be put in place for content removal.

Sure, they do look like either spam or groups which are using an inappropriate platform at the very least.
