North India Diaspora Yatra Schedule
Mirroring the great work of Indian Pirates, we are planning to organise events in the North during the same date range of January 28 to February 28. Bringing people together and unifying them under the diaspora banner, free from race, age, class or any other type of prejudice. Please join in and help us here!

@kumarshantanu if you know any more people willing to participate, we should look at which places we might be able to visit between the dates mentioned. I would be able to join in after 18th February.

@vik @praveenarimbrathod I know few people who might be interested in participating. If we arrange this within NCR , it will be convenient I would say.

@praveenarimbrathod do you know who authorises new user requests? A contact of mine - anupam - is trying to get on to the group - he has organised the first hop in the north india yatra (attendance looks like circa 150 students)

@vik there were 6 coordinators (me, @akshay , @abidaboobaker , @balasankarchelamat , @manukrishnantv , and one more) and now you are also a coordinator. You can approve new member requests.

@anupam @praveenarimbrathod I guess we night need more volunteers to kick start things in the north? Do you know of any more people we can bring into this thread?
Pirate Vik Mon 2 Feb 2015 12:43PM
@praveenarimbrathod we have the hamara conference on 21st February - we would like to devote a slot to someone who can talk about diaspora and how to get pods up and running. Do you know anyone who could take this up?
Pirate Praveen Mon 2 Feb 2015 4:02PM
@vik you can talk to Niyam and he will be able to talk about privacy as a concept. Setting up diaspora pod is just apt-get install diaspora-installer. @prasanths would be interested in a crypto party.
