PLUS Website redesign

Current Homepage of PLUS at plus.fosscommunity.in is non responsive and the design & layout of the webpage is also a bit outdated. Requesting fellow members' suggestions to improve the design. Attached below is an example design that we can follow, created by Randeer Ramesh.

Missed the notifications.
Regarding the mail of RMS, it is there in the about page. Styling of the about page is not good. It is visible under the section "RMS's Message" (See the attached).
Maybe we should bring it to the home page.
I don't have many good photos of Palakkad 🤗(Not a പാലക്കാട്ടുകാരൻ). If someone can contribute to it I will be able to add it.
