crowd funding security deposit

@abhijtihb @arjun @sruthi @vik @vishnum we should launch the campaign in next 2-3 days. I suggest we go with indiegogo.com as we have used it before. Many Indian crowd funding sites (like wishberry.in) does not allow flexible funding (that you will get money only if you reach your goal) and only for creative content. Indiegogo allow political campaigns. There is paynimo.com, which works like paypal.com (pay to email address or phone number), but when we tried, it failed.

We should have video or audio conference soon so that it's clear to everyone how exactly we plan to go about this.. Like the funding, the campaign, etc etc

@arjun lets set a minimum target of 10000 rupees. Anything more we raise can be used for promotion and other campaign expenses.

Being in the crowd funding team means, you help draft the pitch text and help with video.

Does indigogo support the commons? I mean simple payment solution like debit card payments ?
I am sorry I am in the middle of exams and so I cant participate with crowd funding team.

@joice we can provide bank account details also in the campaign page. Paynimo.com was a nice solution, it supports any visa card, but when we tried, we could not withdraw.

Saw your videos. Could we decide on some key points that we should be talking about which relate to the election?

@rajudvindane lets start recording all the points we feel is important. When we combine it, we can edit/select what is good. More than the elections, the focus should be on us, our ideas and values. We are looking for people to join us and election is just a convenient opportunity to talk to people. For me, the goal not the number of votes we get, but the number of people who gets to hear about our ideas and likely join us.
