Contact Tigase to publish a variant of Siskin IM as Prav iOS

If they also refuse, we will have to build an app from an xmpp library - ui would be different but xmpp core logic will be shared.

What is the decision you need to make?
Ask Tigase to make Prav iOS based on Siskin IM. We may have to pay them as they need to do extra work to build/publish prav.
Why is this important?
Apple did not allow us to publish Prav based on Monal, Thilo also refused to publish it.
What are you asking of people in this proposal?
Support this proposal, so we can have Prav on Apple App Store. Its even more important than before since Quicksy is removed from App Store.

This is better utilization of resources than building Prav from an xmpp library. Even if we have to raise funds to pay Tigase, it'd support a company committed to XMPP. Apple's policy means we can't publish a fork ourselves. It has to be either Tigase or we build our own app.

I was talking to @muzirian and he suggested asking Thilo again since Quicksy is removed now. We can try to convince him about the need for SMS otp based sign up. The only problem with Quicksy was the high SMS bill, we are still committed to fight this fraud.
