I have been contacted by my local MP https://members.parliament.uk/member/4617/contact who is looking for viewpoints on the farming protests in India so that he can write appropriately on behalf of his Indian constituents, to the UK foreign minister. Please give your views on this thread so that I can share them.

I would support the first paragraph, but the second is needlessly sarcastic and takes away from the factual stance of the first paragraph.

Yes a clean up based on facts would be good, if you want to make Jokes and Memes then Social Media only. But not on official accounts from the Pirate Movement unless approved by members.

I would like to raise the question that as a government, should India support cultivation of water intensive crops like rice in punjab where there is a steady decline in ground water level.

We should expand on the statement, talk about the farm laws, nature of the protests, state of agriculture in the country.
