We have to understand how much a person knows already to identify suitable tasks. Are you familiar with the 3 tasks mentioned in the description?

@praveenarimbrathod I am interested too :).

I have already used ssh keys and have some knowledge about gpg and DNS too. Let me know if I can help in any way.

@jacksonisaac would you like to join @bobbyisac on this task? It would be good for both of you to discuss and support each other when in doubt.

Bobby, Jackson, we run git.fosscommunity.in on Debian Jessie, so first step would be to have a similar setup locally for you to get familiar with it. So, install Debian Jessie 64 bit Intel/AMD version on dual boot/virtual machine/container and install gitlab from https://people.debian.org/~praveen/gitlab. Let me know once you have this setup locally. If you have any difficulty, ask any time here or on the xmpp chat room fci@conference.diasp.in

Great! Can you follow these steps -> https://gitlab.com/piratemovin/diasp.in/wikis/HamaraSetup to setup a diaspora instance?
