Migrating to a smaller spec machine

Currently we have a hetzner dedicated server with AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor, 64 GB ram and 2x2TB disks in software raid. This costs us around 3000 rupees per month.
I think moving to a smaller server would save costs as we don't really need this big a server.
One option I can suggest is Infomaniak public cloud, which is running on Open Stack. They already sponsor DebConf, fasttrack.debian.net. git.fosscommunity.in and is a good, responsible and employee owned company.

Migrating to a cloud vm makes backups/migration easy, better defense against DDoS attacks, more redundant storage etc.

We need to setup coturn, this is one of the last items pending in the server migration

This is required for audio/video calls behind NAT (in some restrictive networks/ISPs we need this).

What is the team, working group or event you are inviting people to?
We should setup periodic backups of the server, I think weekly snapshots using Infomaniak console may be the simplest option (you will just need to click a few buttons and select correct options).

Why is this important?
In case something happens to the server (hard disk failure, delete files by mistake etc), we need to be able to restore the service on a new machine.

This migration is now complete https://gitlab.com/piratemovin/diasp.in/-/issues/67 we still have some more items to finish in that checklist though (like assigning a floating ip for reverse DNS setup).
