Rebrand Indian Pirates with a new logo

The current logo is out of data considering the organisations name change. Solid branding is very crucial to be seen as a professional / serious organisation and so I am proposing we change our logo to the one depicted in page 2 of https://loomio-attachments.s3.amazonaws.com/uploads/d86f4e8c4b1b30c02db2971560e4c4d9/Indian%20Pirates%20v4.pdf

The second logo looks better. It has that feeling of strong will and the anchor just fits in perfectly.

@shirish , @rajudvindane , @akhilkrishnans, @hassainarmankada we can keep the idea of pune/kochi pods for later. With the Digital India campaign by Modi, this would be a right time for us to campaign. We just have to find out vps cost for three years and start the campaign straight away. All it would need is a few hours per month of updating the server. If 3-4 people are ready to admin, it wouldn't be a big issue. For poddery, me, @manukrishnantv and @balasankarchelamat handles it mostly. Sometimes @nandajavarma chips in.
