Constitution Ammedment: Add a Preamble

Add a preamble explaining who we are, what our purpose and what makes us different. I would suggest adding the first two slides which are 'Why Indian Pirates?' and 'Fix what's broken' to the preamble. Preamble would give a proper context upon which the constitution could be read. Let's discuss the above questions and add them to our constitution.

Once we have that we may have to adjust our constitution to match the requirements of Election Commission of India

@Pirate Praveen this doesn't mean it'll affect the direct democracy inside the group, does it?
