Custom Username project follow up with Softrate

The code developed by Softrate is not working even after many follow ups. I think we should set a deadline for them to fix the issues and if not we should look for another developer who can complete it. We already paid half of the amount, but the other half we still have. I will invite Badri to this thread since he coordinated the project with Softrate till now.

Agreed about setting the deadline. I have been meaning to call them but have been too busy with work ☹️ I'll do it soon.
