Sounds good to me. @piratekp would you be fine to have future scaling plan mentioned in FAQ?

It remains to be seen what happens when there are factions.

i agree with the first paragraph. IMO the second paragraph, about scaling and fluid democracy, can go to FAQ now and can be added to the Constitution once we define the terms and conditions properly, in the current form it's ambiguous. this will also give us time to explore other options and to get more inputs.
