Change |At the minimum we would like the ideas of peer-to-peer, direct democratic organization to spread in our society." to
"We practice direct democracy with consensus-based decision making and hopes to inspire other organizations to follow our model. Direct Democracy gives everyone a voice to participate in policy making and consensus-based decision making ensures majority cannot silence the minority."

"If we cannot scale consensus-based decision making when we grow, we can consider options like liquid/fluid democracy which allows choosing representatives dynamically, ie, representatives for different issues and change representatives any time."

Sounds good to me. @piratekp would you be fine to have future scaling plan mentioned in FAQ?

acknowledging that direct democracy may not scale is good enough for me.

i agree with the first paragraph. IMO the second paragraph, about scaling and fluid democracy, can go to FAQ now and can be added to the Constitution once we define the terms and conditions properly, in the current form it's ambiguous. this will also give us time to explore other options and to get more inputs.
