Update Poddery to Diaspora 0.3.0.0

Diaspora 0.3.0.0 has been released a few days before. Few of the major pods have been upgraded by now. I am a bit busy this week. If anyone else is interested, please go ahead and upgrade it.
Upgrading is pretty forward and is well documented at https://wiki.diasporafoundation.org/Updating There will be people to help at #diaspora on irc.freenode.net if we run into issues.

@niteshajain It is now the latest D* version running. And I am extremely sorry for the down time. It was a mistake I made detaching without using screen.
