I this would be a fitting reply to the 'Love Jihad' laws proposed by BJP. I'm thinking about govt providing financial assistance and probably free housing to inter-caste and inter-religious couples?

There should be a law to protect them from atrocities against them. One of the major reason for the discourage for inter-caste inter-religion marriages is the fear of being attacked by family or society.
