Creating a collective on Open Collective

Now that we have a list of high priority tasks and want to raise funds, we should create a collective on OpenCollective.com The default fiscal host for Free Software projects is Open Source Collective, but they usually expect a classic project and not a "meta" project like ours I think. Also they charge a fee of 10% or close to it. Should we ask someone already into Free Software mobile like Purism or FuriLabs or Pine64, if they are willing to be fiscal host without charging a fee, as it would directly benefit them? OpenCollective allows any legal entity to be a fiscal host and handle finances.

@Ravi Dwivedi we can add "We will try to implement features in upstream projects whenever possible so all distributions will eventually gets it".

Maybe we can organize our write-up in question-answer format.

Thanks to Ravi, Akhil and Contrapunctus for the review. I have replied in opencollective.

@Pirate Praveen I have reviewed the writeup and added my changes in this pad https://cryptpad.fr/pad/#/2/pad/edit/vo6U8Fg1iMGl-tn9qVSV0vL+/.
I think the question "How do you plan to coordinate feature prioritization and development across the different Debian-based mobile distros?" isn't answered (or I overlooked). Maybe you can write one sentence about your experience of fundraising similar projects on Open Collective.
