Created a new group for free software in education

Would you like to help me in convincing and giving technical help to educational institutes to switch to free software?

We can organize meetings with educational institutes and try to convince them in various ways. People from outside FSCI who share this goal with us can also join. As usual people will participate on voluntarily. I need some suppport and people who would like to take initiative as well. I cannot do it alone.

The group can be joined to IRC and Telegram if the need arises. XMPP is preferred due to reliability issues, but same group can be accessed via matrix via bifrost bridge (but sometimes the bridge misses some messages).

Hey! Along the same lines as @Ravi Dwivedi, I was wishing to promote "FOSS Education", in addition to "FOSS in education". I believe that appropriate education about why FOSS philosophies is equally important to promote "FOSS in education". For the same, I am looking for volunteers and ideas, about what educational institutions we can target and conduct our sessions at. Anyone who is interested can feel free to drop a message below.

@Ravi Dwivedi looks like the xmpp group was broken during the server migration (we can't modify or moderate the groups - we may be able to fix this manually by adding an owner from the server).
