Upstream linux kernel patches to make device bootable with mainstream kernel

Currently Purism maintains patches to linux kernel to make Librem 5 bootable. These should be submitted upstream and requested changes should be made. This will allow users to boot using Debian official kernel and can get kernel updates easily (for example via stable-updates) without someone rebasing the patches every time there is a new kernel version.
