Name, Branding and stats

If you look at Geraspora stats -> https://pod.geraspora.de/statistics.json, you can see they name themselves as "Geraspora" also they have a dolphin in their logo and they expose stats about users.

I think we can activate all 3 options.

We can activate the stats.

I think it would be good to tell people how many users are active on poddery.

Though it has been decided to activate statistics, feels like its not done yet. Since the latest update is out, we could do it along with the upgrade.
