Right to clean drinking water and reducing plastic bottles

We should add this to our manifesto,

"We will ensure availability of clean drinking water in all public places by installing and maintaining water purifiers in all railway stations, bus stations, educational institutions and government offices. We will fund this project by cutting defence expenses, shutting down nuclear reactors and nuclear research."

We could also spend money saved by reducing defence expence on education and healthcare. I'll start another thread on this.

If USSR and USA at the peak of cold war can agree to reduce weapons, we should get China and Pakisthan on board this defense cut deal. This arms race has to end.
