Authorizing people to collect members details

Perry, Abhijith Balan and Athul volunteered to collect details of members we need to submit for registration. We need a board resolution to authorize them as this is collection of sensitive private data. They should be authorized to add more people to the team, but should maintain the list of team members. They can also collect money for shares if they know members personally, else wait till we get the bank account.
