People who fill the initial interest kobo form from website.
When we reach close to 50 from a state, we ask them to share id copy via disroot form.
Board need to review the membership requests to accept them as members.
Accepted members should be added to prav-coop codema sub group (General Body).
But we can officially accept members from outside Kerala only after we complete registration (less 50 members from a single state don't need registration - we are in this phase now).
So we need to decide, document and follow the specific steps.
When can you join the June board meeting? Sunday or Monday?

Decide and document the sequence of becoming a member - what happens first, what happens later - when we approve members - do we allow them to join codema before they are approved? do we collect id cards before they are approved?

@Pirate Praveen I may not be able to join this Sunday’s meeting, as I have some personal commitments to attend to from the evening until late at night.
However, I support the idea of moving the meeting to Sunday. 🙌

Vaidik is asking me "can i get a intern certification or such ? university is demanding it for this sem. Have not worked anywhere except prav last few months. ? : )" He built Prav iOS and we gave a similar certificate to untrusem earlier. So I think we can give one to Vaidik too.

Add Muzirian and Badri to membership team, they helped with calling members at mini meetup and has access to members list.
