Keeping track of services

I think there are several different places (gitlab wiki, readmes, mediawiki wiki, codema) where documentation of
Who is maintaining a service
How's it maintained/upgraded
Where's it hosted
Etc
...exists.
I think there might have been an attempt to harmonize these earlier, but today I looked at https://codema.in/d/4SzerK5H/maintenance-of-peertube-instance-/48 and tried to find the details and realized peertube doesn't even figure on fsci website (?).
I propose:
Every service we maintain should be listed on website with corresponding mediawiki link
Every wiki page should list maintainer(s), communication channels, and further documentation links
I think Debian, Mozilla, etc gives us templates on how to do this?
Can you share existing (latest) attempts at this by FSCI and/or relevant links. I can implement the consensus.

I believe, let's keep Mediawiki as source of truth for all requested documentation and information management.

We also have a Services category in mediawiki https://wiki.fsci.in/Category:Services

For services hosted in Hetzner (poddery.com matrix, codema.in, wiki.fsci.in, meet.fsci.in and videos.fsci.in - we get monthly reminders when servers go down and we have to pay the invoices to get services back up)

FTR here's some of the information:
Infra list - https://wiki.fsci.in/Infrastructure (needs update)
Service maintainers - https://wiki.fsci.in/Service_Monitors (needs update) and https://codema.in/d/VkCybRTY/fsci-services-accounting
I have made some changes to best of my knowledge.
