hi all... my full name is ambady anand sivasankaran. 23 years old, from thrissur, kerala. completed BSc Physics from Sree Kerala Varma College and currently doing MCA at IGNOU. also, i'm working as a part-time data-entry operator and a freelance web-developer.

basically a tech enthusiast and support the foundational philosophies of Pirate Parties, FSF, TVP, TZM, etc... books like Swaraj and Fourth World helped me to know more about Direct Democracy and the need for Decentralization of Power.

i consider myself as open-minded. i'd like to explore different dimensions and angles of a same subject and can change my views and decisions based on that. i'd also like to say that beyond an organization, movement, party, leaders or other individuals, it's the "ideas" which should matter the most. otherwise members of an organization/movement/whatever can be misguided and helps deviation from the core ideas/values easily.

i'd like to engage in healthy debates and expect co-operation and mutual respect from everyone. conducting debates/discussions is a way to find what is right/better instead of who is right/better. in many places i've heard that "what others think is none of my business", but i'd like to say that "we should consider what others feel" when raising arguments - "don't raise your voice, improve your argument". :)

I also contribute to Open Data through OpenStreetMap for my hometown Jalpaiguri, which is an Epynomous District Capital in West Bengal. Most of my ideas and ideals happens to align with that of the philosophies behind Free and Open-Source Software.

I have a disdain for most of the people who are currently running the State, as well as the Local Self-Governments and hope to change the way it is one day. Easier said than done, but we'll see how it goes!
