Setup ongoing donations
While I don't personally agree with paypal's policies or monopoly, we don't have many other options to receive easy donations.
If we get someone to receive payments for us in a country where there are alternatives to paypal, I would prefer that.
In case we can't find someone to accept donations without paypal, we should go ahead and setup a paypal account for us.
With the last server upgrade we have almost finished the money we raised last time.
We need money for future expansion and also setting up a backup service.

I think its better to do a targeted donations campaigns because we can use indiegogo and a personal bank account in India. I figured we can accept money to Indian Bank accounts if we don't chose Paypal as a payment option in Indiegogo.
